Our Group

The English Theatre Group of Zug (ETGZ) was founded in 1986 and has since become a well-known theatre and musical group in and around Zug. The ETGZ has staged over 50 performances of various types: classic musicals including Chicago, Oklahoma, Kiss Me, Kate, Oliver!, Into the Woods, The Sound of Music and Chess, British pantomimes such as Cinderella, Mother Goose, Aladdin and Snow White, as well as smaller off-Broadway musicals such as Inside Out, Snoopy, I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change! and Honk!. The ETGZ has also staged several successful plays, including the Art of Dining, The Diary of Anne Frank, The Importance of Being Earnest, Black Comedy and How the Other Half Loves.
